You will be responsible for
planning, designing, and reviewing
all structural and civil aspects of solar projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
structural design and analysis
for solar power plant structures (RCC & Steel).
Design
foundations, module mounting structures, inverter rooms, cable trenches, and control buildings
.
Coordinate with the
civil and project execution teams
to ensure design compliance at the site.
Review
AutoCAD drawings, STAAD models
, and structural calculation reports.
Conduct
site inspections, civil work supervision, and quality control
.
Ensure designs meet
IS codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
.
Prepare
BOQs, technical documentation, and design reports
.
Collaborate with
procurement and construction teams
for smooth project delivery.
Provide engineering solutions for
challenging site conditions and soil profiles
.

Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in
structural design for solar projects
(ground mount & rooftop).
Expertise in
STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and structural analysis tools
.
Sound knowledge of
civil construction practices, soil testing, and foundation design
.
Strong understanding of
IS 456, IS 800, IS 875
, and relevant BIS codes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with field engineers.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
