Key Responsibilities
Structural Analysis and Design
: Conduct comprehensive structural analysis and design for residential projects using advanced software.
Project Management
: Lead and manage engineering projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Collaboration
: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Software Proficiency
: Revit, AutoCAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements
Experience
: 10 to 12 years of experience in structural engineering within the real estate residential sector.
Software Proficiency
: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS-Office suite.
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
