ey Competencies / Skills:

andatory Skills
o

-8 years demonstrable experience of structural design of maritime structures including marginal quays (blockwork walls, combi-walls, etc), jetties, dolphins, Ro Ro facilities, marinas, coastal structures etc. o
ood knowledge of all the relevant Eurocodes and British standards applicable to maritime structures o
xcellent computer/software skills (STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, MS Office) o
nowledge of construction techniques and buildability of maritime structures o
nowledge of construction materials o
ood organizational and interpersonal skills o
xcellent written and verbal skills, ability to produce high quality reports D

esired Skills
o

ember of/working towards a Professional body membership will be preferred o
xperience working on projects in the Middle East o
istory of working with an international engineering consultancy o
amiliar with working in multidisciplinary teams involving, architects, M&E engineers, planners, geotechnical engineers and quantity surveyors o
bility to undertake tasks with minimal supervision o
