Job description :-

Graduate or Post graduate in civil engineering with 10 to 12 years of experience Experience of interfacing with multiple stakeholders, both within the client organisation and externally to the organisation I.e garment factories Knowledge of the design / construction supervision of large scale industrial buildings (preferably having experience of the maintenance and inspections of buildings pertaining to textile/ spinning/ garment industry) The ability to travel across India and also, overseas if necessary for garment factory inspections or meetings Being fluent in communication in English and Hindi (South Indian languages will be an advantage) Arrange for and conduct meetings with cotton/garment factory owners to drive forward resolution of structural issues and remediation works IT literate with applied knowledge of software such as Microsoft suite of, Microsoft projects etc. Have experience and in-depth knowledge of maintaining a programme of works, including the planning of works related to inspections, meetings, submission of reports, follow up inspections etc. Support in the preparation of weekly or monthly reporting of progress, KPI's, ongoing risks and challenges to both internal programme leads and the client programme manager. Position is based on agile working arrangement.
