The Senior Structural Engineer will manage all design process from concept design stage through to project completion, coordination with all projects design teams and engineering teams at site and design office and provide all technical support and consulting to Technical Director/ Associate Director/ Project Manager/ Design Coordinator. The Senior Structural Engineer will be able to manage an independent team of design managers and engineers to develop detailed concepts and specifications. Should also be able to guide BIM engineers and specialists for successful implementation. Should possess relevant knowledge of building construction, detailed design and design documentation. Job Duties- Manage the structural design development and all related design coordination with all designers from the domains of Structure, Architecture, MEP, Sustainability etc. and support Technical Director/ Associate Director/ Project Manager / Design Coordinator as per programme requirement. Provide ongoing support for all BIM applications and work closely with Design teams and BIM specialists. Technology Manager to guide the transition from traditional CAD practices and deliverables into more integrated design. To advice office leadership and operations tools on projects and to assist teams at the onset of their project to manage expectations for deliverables and digital project plan to meet project goals. To monitor effective coordination between engineering disciplines and architecture / planning. Mentoring local resources, develop project specific implementation strategies and collaborate with project teams to ensure design and project delivery success by Standardizing and documenting workflows & best practices. Maintain standards and design templates to ensure quality and consistency of design environment and deliverables throughout.
