Work as per team lead/management directives.
Prepare design criteria and design specifications.
Understand client briefs/remits, formulate scope of work, and develop design philosophy.
Provide best-value engineering solutions to technical problems.
Manage and mentor design team members; review their work and support their learning and development.
Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary design environment.
Perform structural design calculations using software and by hand when required.
Provide inputs and support to Design Engineers / CAD Technicians for producing construction-ready design drawings.
Key Requirements
Experience
: 4 to 9 years of experience in structural design, specifically in the residential sector.
Software Proficiency
: Expertise with ETABS, AutoCAD, and Revit for structural design and analysis.
Strong Communication Skills
: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
