Designation: Senior Strategic Sales Manager.

SBU: Credibility and Business Insights Group (CBIG)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development

\xef\x82\xb7 High Volume new customer acquisition Targets (Small and Medium Corporates with

turnover less than 100 cr) for Duns Registered Solution (DRS) & ESG Registered Solution

(ERS)

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible of achievement of high-volume SME business from self and a 10-member team

(Largely Inside sales)

\xef\x82\xb7 Effective daily monitoring of team members daily outreach and sales productivity.

\xef\x82\xb7 Effectively support the team build pipeline for achieving weekly / monthly targets.

\xef\x82\xb7 Daily reporting of all sales activity.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring timely renewal of all the existing accounts.

\xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to Identify and build relationships with corporates for bulk deals

\xef\x82\xb7 Participation in large SME events for lead generation

Operations

  • Always ensure process adherence and error free timely delivery of projects.
  • Liaising with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the product and ensuring the
service expectations of the customers are met.
  • Maintaining the data in appropriate data warehouses hygienically.
  • Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports are filed periodically as required by the Management.
  • Regular update of all the activities in the tools provided and track the movement of all such
activities

People Management
  • Be a team player
  • Needs to have a coaching and mentoring mindset towards junior team members & associates
  • Possess the right attitude to work in cohesion with counterparts and colleagues
  • Will work under the direct supervision of National Manager
II. KEY REQUIREMENTS

Internal Use Only

\xef\x82\xb7 MBA or any post-graduation with relevant experience of 7 years in retail sales.

\xef\x82\xb7 Should have managed a 8-10 member sales team earlier.

\xef\x82\xb7 Should have experience in building and managing channel.

\xef\x82\xb7 Should be open for pan India travel for building new channels and partnerships for the

product.

\xef\x82\xb7 Should have good knowledge of the local commercial and Industrial Belts.

\xef\x82\xb7 Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and

\xef\x82\xb7 presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights.

\xef\x82\xb7 Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

Primary External Interactions:

MD/Directors, CXO\'s, Proprietors, Industry Chambers and Corporate Associations etc.

Internal Interactions:

Finance, Marketing HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU

Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven team management, selling skills, especially handling key accounts.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Understanding of the basics of financials and accounting.
  • An understanding on the Corporate Business Models across industries, Industry Trends, Market
Behavior etc.
