We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee and manage all construction material inventory and stock operations at our project site. The candidate will be responsible for timely material availability, documentation accuracy, and coordination with procurement and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor stock levels of construction materials at site
Material issuance to site teams as per approved indent
Timely coordination with purchase team for material ordering and deliveries
Maintain GRN, challans, purchase orders and other store documentation
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to avoid wastage/damage
Vendor coordination for material receipts and return management
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store reports for management
Maintain site tools, equipment register and ensure periodic service records
Follow company guidelines on store compliance and audits
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of construction materials and store operations
Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems
Excellent coordination & communication skills
Strong analytical, record-keeping and reporting ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
