Maintain a detailed inventory of tools and equipment, and ensure their proper storage and maintenance.
Work closely with production departments to understand their tool requirements and ensure timely availability.
Implement and monitor systems for tracking tool usage and maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
Develop and enforce safety protocols for the handling and storage of tools.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of new tools or the repair of existing ones.
Assist in budget preparation for the tool room operations and monitor expenditures.
Inward and Outward raw material , dc preparation , raw material stock maintenance
