Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Junior Store Incharge

to assist in the day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will help manage inventory, ensure proper documentation, support procurement, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and products. Maintain accurate records of stock, issue slips, and inventory levels. Ensure items are properly labeled and stored in the right locations. Coordinate with other departments for material dispatch and stock availability. Assist in periodic stock audits and physical inventory counts. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area. Monitor stock movement and notify seniors of low stock or discrepancies. Follow standard operating procedures and company policies. Assist in generating purchase requisitions and follow up with suppliers if required. Support the senior store incharge in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any stream. Basic knowledge of inventory systems and MS Office (especially Excel). Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a team and under supervision. Physically fit and comfortable with handling stock/materials. Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
