Warehouse handled.

Travelling frequently PAN India for warehouse stock auditing.

Checking whether FIFO process is following in FC's.

Verifying physical stock with system stock full audit incase of Third party logistics

required (End to End).

Planning for pre audit every 15 days in a month for an audit non-covered FC's.

Responsible to send monthly basis short expiry report for all FC's and the same has

to be clearing from system and dispatching to the vendor.

Sending report every time of visiting FC's which includes short expiry cleared details,

excess, non-moving, damages and variance deduction.

Cross verifying the Supplier GRN with physical stocks.

Monitoring the maintenance of FC's like handling of stocks & racking system.

Checking MIS report whether stocks have reached the vendor.

Making inward and outward GRN, GAN AND GDN.

Maintaining proper racking system, documenting & proper handled of all records for

audit purpose.

Following FIFO Process and ISO Standards.

Maintaining minimum stock level to avoid the stop of production.

Stock checking both physical with system 6 month once to keep correct store record.

Making purchase request to maintain the minimum stock level.

Follow up and getting purchase order as per the requirement which is mention in the

PO and cross verifying with quality and exact quantity.

Proper Chemical handling of Aluminium, Diesel storage room.

Annual external audit will be happening once in a year (Finding variance).

Getting quotation minimum 5 vendor along with MSDS.

Arranging the sample pieces for important items.

Making PO in the software once approved from the management.

Supporting required document for the consumption of material.

Pre planning to get the required products to avoid delay of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
