Role Overview:
The
Senior Store Executive
will lead daily store operations, ensuring efficient material handling, accurate inventory maintenance, and timely dispatch. The role requires strong process discipline, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to maintain high service levels and compliance with SOPs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain precise stock records by overseeing daily inward and outward transactions, conducting audits, and ensuring
monthly stock variance ? 0.5%
.
Monitor and minimize stock loss due to expiry or damage, ensuring it remains
? 0.5% of total inventory value
each month.
Validate all incoming purchase entries for batch, expiry, and quantity with
100% accuracy
(spot-audited weekly).
Process all vendor debit and credit notes within
14 days
of the respective event.
Ensure
? 99% picking accuracy
for batch, expiry, and quantity as per QC logs.
Track and ensure
? 98% SLA adherence
for all dispatches; maintain daily tracking and monthly reporting.
Ensure
100% compliance
in cold-chain handling and temperature maintenance for sensitive medicines (spot-checked every shift).
Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits on schedule and maintain
? 0.5% stock variance
.
Maintain proper
alpha-wise racking, segregation, labeling, and adherence to storage SOPs
with
100% weekly compliance
.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing
at least one process automation or ERP optimization initiative each month
.
Conduct
monthly training or coaching sessions
to enhance skills and compliance among junior store staff.
Ensure
? 95% compliance
from junior staff in attendance, hygiene, audit participation, and assigned operational tasks.
Conduct
monthly meetings/reviews with Operations and Support teams
to resolve escalations and streamline coordination.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Proficiency in
ERP / Inventory Management Systems
Strong knowledge of
SOPs

FEFO/FIFO
, and
cold-chain management
.
Excellent communication in
Tamil, English, and Hindi
.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Hands-on approach with ownership mindset.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management.
Certification in Inventory or Warehouse Management preferred.
