Key Responsibilities:

Take the accessories list (BOM list) from the concerned persons for all products

To be maintain all accessories for all products as per minimum level

To be maintain all fasteners for all products per minimum level

Daily meeting at 9.00 am to 9.30 am (Material Status to be updated to your colleagues)

Collect the Tentative Schedule (Quality Plan) Monthly Plan, Weekly Plan from planning person.

Based on minimum level requirement accessories order to be given.

Stock checking to be done every month.

Minimum level to be maintained all the time.

In-Coming material GRN to be done.

In-coming Material receiving quantity to be checked, Identification tag to be placed.

Production Entry (for in house accessories) Dispatch material Stock movement to be done in ICsoft Software.

Inspection report, vendor DC, RDC& SDC Original & Duplicate copy filing.

Courier Material & Lubricant Oil, Supplier material, Rework & Rejection material receiving.

Customer Returned material to be returned with DC based on Customer DC reference.

Sphoorti ordered raw material related to accessories entry should be available at any time in ICsoft Software.

Attend MIS meet with collective Information & Action Plan.

Continuous Target to reduce the price of accessories.

WIP to be checked and updated to the ERP on daily basis.

In your absence, you must inform your work personally to your sub-ordinates, so that your work will not stop. Similarly in your sub-ordinates absence, you must share his work & nothing should stop.

Maintain 5'S

Kaizen to be given.
