ey Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

: Receiving, checking, storing, and dispatching goods; conducting stock audits; maintaining accurate records (physical and in ERP/systems like SAP/Excel).

Sales & Customer Service

: Assisting customers, resolving complaints, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Operations

: Opening/closing the store, managing cash registers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Reporting

: Preparing sales, inventory, and non-moving item reports; coordinating with accounts and other departments.

Staff Supervision

: Training, guiding, and supervising store staff.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in retail/warehouse operations. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with MS Office and inventory management software/ERP systems.
Where They Work:

Retail stores (clothing, electronics, etc.). Warehouses/Stockrooms (managing materials for production/distribution). Medical stores (requiring specific pharmacy knowledge).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
