Job Description

A senior store executive is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of a store, including inventory control, staff supervision, and ensuring excellent customer service. They act as a bridge between the shop floor, management, and other departments like procurement and sales. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate stock levels, receiving and storing goods, and managing the flow of products in and out of the store.

Staff Management:

Supervising and training store staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring a productive and positive work environment.

Customer Service:

Ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience, assisting with product selection, and addressing any concerns or complaints.

Operational Efficiency:

Optimizing store layout, managing daily operations, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintaining records of inventory, sales, and other store-related activities, and preparing reports for management.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and other internal teams.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
