A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a Storage/Backup Admin L3 at MKS Instruments, you will partner with the IT Infrastructure Organization to provide Operations support activities. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager of IT Infrastructure.You Will Make an Impact By:

• Incident Response based on SLA requirements
• 100% Adherence to Change control guidelines
• Customer Service-Exceptional level
• Cultivate a culture of teamwork
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining multiple vendor platforms for both backup and storage environments
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software on both backup and storage environments
• Travel Requirements: Up to zero % of Travel is required.

Skills You Bring:

• Level of formal education (if needed), license/certification, etc.
• Years of job-related work experience

• 8+ years of Backup and Storage technologies
• Technology support experience Commvault and/or Veeam
• Technology support experience with Exagrid a plus
• Experience with backing up to AWS and Azure a plus

Preferred Skills: (Optional)

• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
• Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
