The Role - Senior Steward

As a

Senior Steward

, you are not just managing tables and service -- you are

owning the guest experience

Your Mission

Supervise and guide the stewarding team to ensure flawless service. Maintain

5-star hygiene standards

in all dining and kitchen areas. Ensure table setups, serving procedures, and guest interactions are executed

with precision

. Coordinate with chefs and F&B teams for

seamless operations

. Train, discipline, and motivate junior staff to deliver

uncompromising service quality
