Role & responsibilities

Setup and preparation:

Arrange tables, chairs, and linens according to event layouts.

Set up the banquet hall with necessary items, such as place settings, decorations, and service areas.

Ensure all necessary equipment is in place and functioning.

Service and guest interaction:

Assist servers by clearing tables and refilling beverages during events.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and serving areas throughout the event.

Help other team members and be responsive to guest needs or requests.

Cleaning and sanitation:

Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, and silverware.

Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed.

Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and hygiene guidelines.

Post-event duties:

Assist with breakdown and cleanup of the banquet hall after the event.

Ensure that the space is properly cleaned and reset for the next event.

Complete assigned side work, such as cleaning and restocking.
