Senior Statistical Programmer with R Programming Experience - India - Office or Home

As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will lead programming activities for clinical studies, oversee data analysis outputs, and play a key role in CDISC ADaM programming to deliver high quality study results.
What You Will Be DoingLead programming deliverables for assigned studies ensuring quality, compliance and timelines Build, validate and run statistical programs for ADaM datasets, tables, listings and figures Develop and maintain standard macros and programming tools Provide programming guidance and mentorship to junior team members Perform quality review of deliverables and support audits as needed Collaborate with cross functional teams to support study execution and data insights
Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or quantitative field; master's or PhD desirable 6+ years' experience in statistical programming within clinical research Strong SAS skills with hands on experience in ADaM and SDTM standards Working knowledge of R programming Solid understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP and regulatory expectations Strong communication skills and ability to lead in a matrix environment
