Job Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Windchill applications, integrations, and plugins using Java, to meet business requirements and improve product lifecycle management. Develop custom APIs using Windchill's Java-based API, to integrate with other systems, services, or applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality. Implement business logic, workflows, and rules using Windchill's Java-based scripting engine, to automate and streamline product development, manufacturing, and quality processes. Ensure high-quality code, following best practices, coding standards, and Windchill's development guidelines, to maintain scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery and effective communication. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field At least 6+ years of experience in Java development for Windchill. Proficiency in Java, including Java 8 or later, with experience in Java-based development, debugging, and troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of Windchill's architecture, APIs, and development tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Windchill Certifications is added advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
