Role Overview
We're looking for a
Senior Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack)
to lead the development of Movius' next-gen secure communication platform.You'll work
hands-on
acrossmobile (Android/iOS)
,desktop
, andcloud-based backend services
built onRuby on Rails
andGoLang
, deployed inAWS and IBM environments
.You'll shape system architecture, mentor engineers, and build scalable solutions integrating telecom, enterprise apps, and secure messaging layers.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of software development experience; 3+ years in a senior/staff capacity. Strong hands-on experience with
Ruby on Rails
,GoLang
, andJavaScript/TypeScript
(React or React Native). Proficiency inAndroid (Kotlin/Java)
andiOS (Swift)
app development. Experience withAWS
,Kubernetes/Docker
, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. Solid understanding ofsecure communication protocols
(TLS, OAuth2, SIP, encryption). * Background intelecom, messaging systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms
preferred.
