GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Must be registered with the State Nursing Council.

Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to neonates, children, and maternity patients in NICU, PICU, and Ward settings. The role demands sound clinical knowledge, compassion, and teamwork to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care to assigned patients.
Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and report abnormalities promptly.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and feeds as per doctor's orders.
Assist doctors during procedures, rounds, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
Counsel and educate parents/patients on baby care, feeding, and discharge follow-up.
Ensure equipment functionality and maintain ward readiness.
Participate in training sessions and quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong clinical knowledge in neonatal, pediatric, and maternity nursing care.
Proficiency in handling ICU equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently in rotational shifts and emergency situations.
Working Hours:
Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night) as per duty roster.
