Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and compassionate

Senior Staff Nurses

to join our

PICU and NICU

teams. The ideal candidates will have strong clinical expertise in managing critically ill neonates or pediatric patients and a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care:

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill infants and children in the NICU or PICU. Monitor vital signs, recognize deterioration, and respond appropriately. Administer medications, IV infusions, and manage life-support equipment (ventilators, CPAP, etc.). Assist in medical procedures and emergency interventions. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.

Coordination & Communication:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, respiratory therapists, and dietitians. Effectively communicate with patient families, providing updates and emotional support. Ensure timely handover during shift changes with detailed reporting.

Quality & Safety:

Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols. Participate in audits, quality checks, and clinical rounds. Support and train junior staff and nursing students.

Leadership & Mentoring:

Act as a shift/team lead when required, ensuring smooth workflow and patient care. Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development. Take part in continuing education, training sessions, and drills.

Requirements:

Education:

B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (with valid nursing registration)

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in PICU or NICU Certification in BLS, ACLS, and/or NALS/PALS preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
