Responsibilities:
Primary duties will include

• Understand business requirements and translate into functional flows and User Stories across various application modules present in the EIT Landscape.
• Undertake business analyst roles covering SDLC phases (requirements gathering, feasibility study, functional specifications, interface specifications, test cases).
• Create business models (As-Is and To-Be) and logical data models representing business flows.
• Work in an agile cross functional team and collaborate with the business and architect team to help identify and define flows and solutions.
• Create and maintain the Functional design for the various modules in the platform.
• Identify, create, and maintain Functional Requirements as User Stories, User Interface requirements and Service interface requirements
• Document and maintain User Stories, Functional Design, and System Specification.
• Follow the SDLC process established in the organization and create and maintain all relevant requirements artefacts

Qualifications:
To land this role you will need:

• 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience with enterprise level financial applications
• Prior experience with Payments processing application(s).
• Basic knowledge about trade instruments like Spot, Forwards NDF etc.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
• Ability to draft Process Flows, and Activity Diagrams.
• Well versed with SWIFT MT messages (MT1/2/9 series of messages).
• Well versed with ISO MX messages (Customer to Bank and Bank to Bank space).
• Well version with the various stages involved in the Payments processing.
• Identifying and making sure that the test cases are aligned to the acceptance criteria in the user story with the inclusion of the boundary conditions.
• Basic knowledge on writing SQL queries for extractions required for the data analysis.
