Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Collaborating with other fellow Product owner group to understand the organization's needs Defining the features of the product according to customer requirements. Leading the development process by creating a product roadmap based on this vision. Provide supervision and guidance to development teams Serving as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders. Organizing and ranking the items in the product backlog according to requirements. Helping the scrum/product development team achieve each sprint's goals. Before the product is released, each iteration is adjusted and improved. Locating areas that want improvement. Informing stakeholders and customers about the product's status. Collaborate with development teams to drive innovation. Your role would also require you to work with team members to identify issues and propose design and methodology improvements

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

At least 10+ years of working experience in SW development. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field like computer science or software engineering At least 5+ years of work experience as a Product Owner or a similar role Past experience in programming languages (C#, .NET, Python, AngularJS, VueJS, ReactJS, etc.) Good understanding of coding languages Nice to have a semiconductor domain and life cycle. Deep understanding of software development methodologies and systems design Industry certifications like Certified Product Owner Excellent understanding of the Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies. Another essential ability for product owners is decision-making. The product owner, a senior member of a product development team, is accountable for making a number of decisions every day. Practical experience with product development architecture. Strong knowledge of how to employ analytical tools. Ability to prioritize the product development process. Excellent understanding of the principles of user-centered design. Excellent communication, both written and spoken, for collaborating with different teams. Working well in huge teams. Knowledge of design quality guidelines. Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies. organizational skills. Creative and innovative thinking Ability to work with cross-site teams. Should have demonstrated prior experience in putting together Proof of Concepts for technology demonstration. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication ability to communicate with the development team and the management. Strong organizational and leadership skills
