Drive innovation, process and methodology improvements, mentor engineers, driving UWB Software Verification as a technical lead.

In your new role you will:

Lead the verification of complex UWB Subsystem Software and UWB Host Software implementations Lead a small team of verification engineers, co-ordinate overall verification activities such as verification domain owner, verification planning, test development, tracking and reporting Review product and component requirements for verification and ensure requirement-based verification and traceability against software architecture and designs Collaborate with cross-functional cross-site teams, like product definition engineers, concept engineers, development teams, system verification teams to ensure high quality test designs and deliverables Establish strong verification methodologies and processes for sustainable verification solutions. Recommend and drive creative techniques to develop Qualification and Component tests Proficiency in Design and Development of Automated Test Framework for UWB with an eye towards simplicity, reliability, sustainability, scalability, extensibility, and re-use. Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C, Python, Test Frameworks, Integrating CI/CD pipelines Responsible for developing FiRa, CCC, Aliro compatible test cases that exercise various complex requirements/specifications of Automotive and consumer ecosystem Experience with setting up and using hardware equipment like Sniffers, Digital Logic analyser, signal generators, vector signal analyser's. As a technical lead inspire and mentor junior verification engineers while providing invaluable technical support and guidance to development teams.

Your Profile

The most important skill set to fit the role are as below:

8+ years of professional wireless verification experience and a deep understanding of all technical aspects of

Ultra Wide Band (UWB) Verification,

minimum 2+ years of leadership activities. B.Tech /BE /M.Tech /MS in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Application. Proficiency in

Python

Programming or a similar programming language Familiarity with version-controlling (e.g. Git/Bitbucket,) and bug-management systems (e.g. JIRA). Outstanding Expertise in embedded verification tasks needed to achieve design verification closure, including state of the art tools and methodologies A sense of urgency for upcoming innovation in the field of verification Self-motivated, flexible, good interpersonal & communication skills and is a good team player, ability to work with cross-functional teams and leadership capabilities Candidate has proven ability to achieve results in a very dynamic, multi-site environment and be able to coordinate with priorities and self-initiatives You excel in driving innovation, collaboration, and process improvements, with a passion for mentoring and growing high-performing teams. A proven ability to solve problems with higher complexity by pro-actively involving expert networks Highly motivated and willing to take responsibility & ownership and adhere to the deadlines.
