REQUIREMENTS:

Total year of experience 9+ years Strong experience in ERP Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) as a Functional Consultant. Proven experience in full lifecycle EPM implementations. In-depth understanding of Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reconciliation processes. Strong functional expertise across multiple Oracle EPM modules such as Planning (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Narrative Reporting (EPRCS), and Tax Reporting (TRCS). Hands-on experience in configuring metadata, business rules, forms, dashboards, and security. Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting, and Narrative Reporting. Exposure to Data Management (FDMEE) and REST APIs (added advantage). Experience working with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools like JIRA or MS Project. Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with Oracle EPM solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies, solutions, and outcomes to stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop strategies, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, providing innovative and effective solutions to meet client needs. Preferred: Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials). Good to have: Oracle Cloud EPM certifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding the client's business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken. Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
