Lead comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex speech and language cases.
Design advanced therapy plans and oversee therapy outcomes.
Mentor and guide junior speech therapists and interns.
Conduct case reviews, therapy audits, and quality assurance activities.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and doctors.
Handle parent counseling, progress reviews, and goal-setting discussions.
Support clinical operations, training programs, and process improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in pediatric and adult speech-language disorders.
Proven ability to manage high caseloads and complex cases.
Leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and clinical decision-making skills.
Preferred Traits:
Experience in autism intervention, early intervention, or rehabilitation settings.
Exposure to clinical supervision, training, or program development is an added advantage.
