About this role: The Infrastructure Data Engineering and Analytics team is looking for a Senior Specialty Software Engineer .This position is an advanced subject matter expert responsible for AI/ML , MLP Modeling , Text Processing databases, visualizations and data analytics work that support technology infrastructure goals and promote data driven business decisions within the technology infrastructure environment. In this role, you will: Involve actively in understanding the business requirements and convert into equivalent AI/ML modelling use case Proficient in Statistics, Regression Modelling, Classification and Clustering concepts Partner with other data modelers, business partners, ETL developers, and business intelligence analysts to design/develop/deploy business intelligence-based solutions Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Analyze highly complex business requirements, designs and write technical specifications. Collaborate across teams, including global teams, to create high quality solution designs. Provide design and development support for analytical systems and data integration applications Utilize a thorough understanding of available technology, analytical techniques, tools, and existing designs to source, map, extract and load large volumes of data. Work on complex problems where analysis of data requires a solid grasp of technology infrastructure Provide high quality narratives that support data analysis to ensure the analysis tells a story and promotes data driven decisions Add business intelligence reporting capability to create actionable reports and notification tools that can be leveraged by various infrastructure teams to accurately monitor and reflect compliance / non-compliance status at the asset level.
