Role / Job Title: Senior Specialist-Trade Finance Operations
Function/Department: Trade Finance Operations
Job Purpose:
The incumbent in the role of Senior Specialist - Trade Finance Operations should haveSound knowledge of Trade Products & workflows with strong execution bias. Responsible for centralized desk of IEDPMS reporting to RBI, RBI Inspections, various internal & external audits. Ability to handle regulatory queries / reporting related requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage centralized desk of IEDPMS reporting to RBI.
• Handling of RBI Inspections and data requirements
• Handling of Quarterly RBS submission
• Manage and achieve satisfactory audit rating and error free reporting.
• Working in close coordination with Product & Compliance
• Maintaining MIS, reporting to stakeholders and follow-up for overdue
• Operating within Cost / Budget sanctioned
• Assist in transactional regulatory checks as required.
• Ability to handle and address multiple audits like internal, statutory, concurrent, external, regulatory audit observations. Drafting of management responses and active and timely engagement with the auditors for closure of audit observations.
• Ensure processing is in line with the internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines. Review of SOPs at frequent intervals and obtaining sign offs from concerned stakeholders.
• Identifying risks and ensuring that there exist adequate controls (automated / manual) to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle projects to automate.
• Ability to handle regulatory queries / reporting related requirements.

Education Qualification:
Graduation: BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) / BA (Bachelor of Arts) / BSc (Bachelor of Science)
Post Graduation: MBA (Master of Business Administration) / MA (Master of Arts) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) / MSc (Master of Science)
Experience: 10 - 18 years of relevant experience
