Location: Hyderabad

About the role: Partner with Business Stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Design, architect and govern innovative and effective Planning Solutions in alignment of Novartis investments.
• Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution, and operations of solutions.
• Ensure system design standards are defined to improve and sustain standardization of solutions.
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the architecture handbook - Support scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, propose solutions for key gaps, and provide effort estimations and alignment with business teams.
• Establish standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery. Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing new solutions and services.
• Manage the scheduling and deployment of planning solutions for multiple functions analytics requirements. Delivers Novartis wide Planning solutions according to overall architecture definition, selection, standardization, and consistency.
• Governs the technical design of all Planning solutions for Analytics, including participation and collaboration to project tollgate reviews. Establish and manage an effective end to end service delivery model for Planning incorporating both services and developments application maintenance and application delivery) based on agile methodology and DevOps process

Role Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience with relevant SAP Analytics, Planning and Consolidation applications.
• Expertise in solution design and delivery with SAP Standard BPC, Embedded BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud planning applications.
• Expertise in SAP BPC configurations, integration and customization, ability to trouble-shoot technical issues in BPC, BW areas.
• Proficiency in Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Proven skills & experience in technical service management, application optimization and performance management.
• Preferable knowledge in BW, ABAP, CDS view, RESTful application programming.
