The business partner will be responsible for implementing HR solutions, developing, and providing strategic HR support to business groups. The BPs create strategic talent management programs to improve workforce performance.

How To Join
What you’ll do day-to-day You’ll strategically interface with assigned business groups for the purpose of Human Capital strategy development. You’ll provide business groups with strategic guidance, consulting, and implementation through key initiatives. You’ll also review and analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. You’ll proactively serve as a "trusted advisor" and act as the primary point of contact to business line executives and managers. You will provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, policies, and procedures. You’ll be expected to partner with managers to retain, develop, and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential. You’ll plan and conduct business group-specific engagement initiatives. You’ll resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Additionally, you’ll work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. You’ll provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies. You’ll also provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers on aspects related to coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, if any.
Who we’re looking for

  • The candidate should have a Master's degree in Human Resources from a top-tier business school with five to seven years of relevant experience
  • Candidate should be well-versed and proficient in most of the Human Capital functional areas
  • The ideal candidate should exhibit multitasking and anticipatory thinking abilities
  • Candidate should be proactive, driven, independent, flexible, discreet, and comfortable interacting with senior leadership
  • The candidate should possess a positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have a demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change
  • The candidate be comfortable with ambiguity
  • The candidate should have a proven ability to work within constraints as well as challenge the status quo
