Role/Job Title: Senior Specialist- Branch Control Unit
Business: Rural Banking
Function/ Department: Rural Branch Banking
Place of work: Mumbai
Job Purpose:
The role will help the organization in creating a robust operational and customer centric framework at all the Rural branches by designing all the process for the Rural branches enabling them to perform their day-to-day task with ease and at the same time maintain highest level of compliance and service standard.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring uniformity of process across branches.
• Reduction in non-value adding activities by conducting regular review of Processes being followed and issued observed.
• Working towards controlling the audit observations and in working for the same, ensuring the compliance is at highest acceptable standard.
• Ensure that reconciliation standards defined are met and strong reporting mechanism is adopted.
• Focus on automation of manual process to reduce TAT, Man hours, save cost etc

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Ensuring query resolution of branches and other stakeholders as and when received.
• Conducting/participating in periodic training of branches to enable an error free processing, high efficiency, and better customer experience.

Key Success Metrics:
Reduction of process lapses due to process gaps, reduction in audit observations due to process gaps
Resolving issues at branches in timely manner and putting permanent solution for recurring issues.
Initiate and implement projects which lead to higher efficiency, cost saving, Improvement in TAT etc.
Education Qualification:
Graduate & equivalent (Bachelors)
Experience: 5-10years relevant experience.
