Essential Job Functions:

• You will be responsible for Incident & problem resolution (3rd level support) within defined SLAs and set priorities in close collaboration with Corporate IT and regional IT teams (2nd level support) and with business stakeholders in regions EMEA and APAC.
• One will be doing Regression testing & regression test support during major releases and system upgrades.
• Support the development of automated tests.
• In this role you will be responsible for gathering and analyze business requirements, translate these requirements into functional and technical scope and functional specifications
• Designing, building and implementing improvements and new functional solutions for Vendor Invoice Management processes in
• You will also be contributing to SAP based on state-of-the-art SAP standard system capabilities and technical standards, complying with Linde IT standards and IT strategy and fully meeting business requirements
• One will be Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies and cost reductions, leveraging S/4Hana capabilities and new VIM functionality.
• You will coordinate the implementation of new VIM functionality in SAP ECC and S/4Hana Systems according to Linde plc project management guidelines.
• Knowledge transfer/guidance to and training preparation and delivery for IT and business stakeholders of new IT functionalities and IT solutions.
• Responsible for collaborating and consult with business and IT teams or stakeholders and manage external service providers to deliver highly dependable, secure, and integrated solutions meeting compliance requirements to the business.
• Cross-skilling team members to allow growth of team members, distribution of knowledge across team members and a more flexible work allocation.
• You will be responsible for Business Center implementation and integration of inbound channels, including scanning, e-mail processing, ARIBA and other third-party applications
• Supporting of the custom Non-PO and PO invoice approval solution with integration to approval portal and support Implementation and support of Fiori apps for VIM
• Implementing, supporting and continuously improving new VIM standard reports and dashboards, develop graphical front ends for reports. Further develop cross SAP system VIM custom KPI reporting
• You will be responsible for ensuring 100 % compliance with SOX, GDPR and GXP requirements (where applicable) and with Linde policies, standards and procedures.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for Supporting Management (IT or business) in decision making by offering solution ideas and design proposals visualized in PowerPoint or other media.

Qualifications:

• Exp- 8+ Yrs
• The person applying for this job must have extensive skills in the implementation and optimization of Vendor Invoice Management for SAP Solutions (up to most up-to-date versions in SAP ECC and S/4Hana) and in the set-up, administration and optimization of Invoice Capture for SAP
• One must have thorough understanding of the Procure-To-Pay End-to-End process and of Finance & Controlling processes
• Should be a team player, strong intercultural communication and cooperation skills, very good command of English & German (optional) both written and spoken.
• You must have In-depth knowledge of SAP and VIM standard functionalities with the aim to minimize programming
• Should have Knowledge of incident, change and release management processes and tools
• One must be through with Waterfall and agile project management methodologies
• Skilled in Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
