The role is responsible for delivering design thinking and UX/UI Services for Novartis. Develop application branding and philosophy. Establish user center design and human interaction. Delivery of solutions with association of all new niche technologies (e.g. advanced analytics, AI/ML) Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: . Develop and perform Design Thinking workshops with experience in building, implementing, maintaining, and governing design systems and guidelines . Facilitate planning process to provide focus and alignment on programs and collaborate with execution teams to help define the overall platform design and delivery . Advocate and always have the point of view of the customer and implement standard process of User Experience in all applications . Design workflows/sitemaps, wireframes, interfaces, design mockups, and interactions for a global audience across platforms (web, mobile, and desktop) . Explore, advance, and provide cutting-edge solutions to meet internal and external goals and objectives. Clearly and concisely articulate design principles, prototypes, and presentations to influence stakeholders and peers . Champion the design thinking process, leveraging empathy to understand how they will interact with project. Experience designing large-scale systems and application with ability to create interactive experiences with prototyping software. . Strong capacity for leading change, dealing with ambiguity, and proactively recommending creative solutions versus waiting for direction from others . Gather, refine, and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers/development team. Manage agile front-end development team with goal to enhance websites merchandising and clearly communicate marketing messages. Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: . University working and thinking level, degree in technical computer science or information security area or comparable education/experience with 5+ years of professional experience with at least four years of UX design experience with an exposure in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. . Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Axure, Invision, Creative Cloud, XD and worked in multiple UX teams including start up with performed UX design role across various domains including telecommunication, media. . Ability to do user research, ideate, create productive asset, run design workshop and has a recognized portfolio of assets . Technical skills that go beyond the proposed role e.g. Visualization, db design. He will be able to play a bridge role between delivery and end user.. . Require creativity, organization and has demonstrated ability to solve similar challenges for large corporation. . Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, AdobeXD with good understanding on HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. . Experience on user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. . Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Ability to work effectively in synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
