Job Description

The Senior Administrator in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in providing advanced technical support and operational excellence. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities



1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Leveraging Expertise In Mssql Database Architecture And Azure Mysql Dba To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Incidents, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.



2. Conduct Thorough Root Cause Analyses For Escalated Incidents And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Implement Robust Solutions, Addressing Technical And Security Issues Effectively.



3. Engage In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating The Knowledge Base And Delivering Training Sessions For New Team Members, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.



4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Utilizing Azure Iaas And Dba Tools, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Enhancing The Overall Security Posture Of The Organization.



5. Enhance Customer Experience And Drive Csat Metrics By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Case Reopens, While Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats.



Skill Requirements



1. Advanced Proficiency In Mssql Database Architecture And Azure Mysql Dba.



2. Strong Understanding Of Azure Iaas And Its Applications In Support Operations.



3. Familiarity With Troubleshooting Methodologies And Root Cause Analysis Techniques.



4. Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration With Support Teams And Stakeholders.

1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
