Organizational Overview:
Learning Delivery Team is responsible for Training delivery to ensures a strong execution of learning interventions & initiatives in alignment to Training Programs. Lead global teams to facilitate a 1st class experience for all learners.
Role Summary/Purpose: :
The Learning Delivery Facilitator translates customer requirements into functional specifications resulting in performance improvement of the business. This role is responsible for delivering process training for new joiners, upskills and refreshers in line with Operational needs and in alignment with global Talent and Performance Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate new hire, internal transfer, and upskill training.
Set up Virtual and Physical classrooms and deliver instructor-led, self-paced and blended training sessions.
Partner with Training Delivery Managers to drive key strategies related to training delivery.
Proficient in monitoring ,tracking and reporting daily tasks with comprehensive evaluation of employee performance.
Assist in content development through partnerships with other training pillars.
Provide feedback on opportunities to improve training content to Training Delivery Manager and Learning Experience Design.
Partner with other trainers to share best practices and support training initiatives.
Support training projects / initiatives and perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Keep up to date on industry best practices, regularly bring innovative ideas forward.
Achieve training certification as identified.
Coach to performance metrics and provide 1:1 feedback to employees.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Educational qualification should be 10+2 or above.
Min 2+ yrs of facilitation experience for New Hires or Upskill or internal transfer
Should have experience of Customer Solutions and/or Fraud disputes/Investigations processes
Should have facilitated training sessions (New Hire or Upskills or internal transfers) in the virtual or real world
Coaching on positive and developmental feedback and observations
Working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Strong working knowledge of Synchrony applications like FDR, WS, Content Navigator
Strong overall business perspective with a good understanding of Business operations and practices
Strong knowledge of handling a group of learners and maintain classroom decorum
Flexibility in working shifts.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
TALE (Training and Learning Exchange) Experience preferred
Demonstrated experience effectively negotiating and handling conflict
Proven experience supplying positive and developmental feedback to peers
Demonstrated effectiveness in one-on-one and group interactions
Demonstrated effectiveness in one-on-one and group communications
Time management skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational qualification should be 10+2 or above.
Min 2+ yrs of facilitation experience for New Hires or Upskill or internal transfer
Should have experience of Customer Solutions and/or Fraud disputes/Investigations processes
Work Timings:
Rotational shifts (EST and IST timings)
Flexible as per business requirements
