Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist - SuccessFactors to join our global IT team. The ideal

candidate will provide technical and functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, driving implementation,

integration, and optimization across key HR modules. This role will be based out of our Bangalore office with

a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Advise internal stakeholders on technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
modules: Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goal Management, Development Planning,

and integrations with third-party (on-premise/cloud) systems.

Analyze, design, and implement integrations for defined Core HR business processes (e.g., using Boomi,
Integration Center).

Execute project tasks independently including system setup, documentation, and test script development. Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors within the existing IT landscape and with new technology
solutions.

Ensure quality assurance, documentation accuracy, and support user acceptance testing. Contribute to the establishment of a service delivery model for SuccessFactors aligned with business
criticality and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Total Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT, with 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Additional Modules: Hands-on experience in Performance & Goal Management and Compensation
preferred.

Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions, web technologies, and business integration tools. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. Excellent collaboration skills in a fast-paced, multicultural, global environment. High level of accountability and ability to work independently. Certifications: SuccessFactors Employee Central - Mandatory; SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable
Pay - Preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or
equivalent professional experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹540,409.00 - ₹1,823,932.08 per year
