.Total 12 to 17 years of exp Should have at least 10 + years of experience out of which at least 2 years should be as an Architect
\xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of iOS and/or Android ecosystem and integrations with the backend systems and 3rd party services
\xc2\xb7 Should have a hands-on experience in Developing and Unit Testing using Flutter/Dart, and one of the following - Swift/Objective C or Android Java/Kotlin or Xamarin
\xc2\xb7 Should have architected/designed mobile apps integrated with one or more of Enterprise systems/backend like Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, MySQL, eCommerce systems, payment gateway, etc., as well as cloud-based middleware, databases, and web services
\xc2\xb7 Should have the ability to debug and fix critical, gating issues, production issues, and should be able to assist the team during critical situations
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Architecture and Design patterns like MVVM, Domain Driven Design, Bloc, Clean/MVP/MVC, VIPER, Clean, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
\xc2\xb7 Understand business needs and convert business requirements into a design and arrive at an optimal solution that addresses the current requirements and potential future enhancements
\xc2\xb7 Ability to evaluate current state of architecture, platform and provide architectural recommendations to improve performance, scalability, and reliability
\xc2\xb7 Experienced in planning, estimation, code reviews, and effective client interaction skills
\xc2\xb7 Experienced in Architecture, Solution Design, Technical consulting and Pre-Sales activities, client presentations, Point of Views creation, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with the iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design Guidelines
\xc2\xb7 Should have good understanding and usage of tools like XCode IDE (Integrated Development Environment), Instruments, Android Studio, Visual Studio, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Should be able to work closely with the team, and ensure the overall productivity of the team in delivering the high-quality output as per the schedule
\xc2\xb7 Ability to mentor team leads for design best practices, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on publishing the iOS/Mac apps to the Appstore and enterprise stores as well as Google Play Store is good to have
\xc2\xb7 Experienced in Agile, iterative, and parallel development model is desirable
