Job Description
Responsibilities / Duties :
- Accountable for ensuring the products & services are supported by the right architectures and solutions meet the customer
- Accountable for ensuring the design of the product solutions are cost effective and maintained through the agile development
- Working with Engineering team to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related
- Convert requirements into actionable product/service requirements that feed IT solutions development & influence service
- Responsible for ensuring solutions are aligned with the platform architecture and roadmap, group standards and policies and the
Skills Required :
- Ability to solve complex problems and propose solutions
- Designing and developing Microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Strong experience with back end technologies: Microservice architecture, Java 8, Spring Boot Admin, Spring Batch, Spring
- Practical and experience of configuring Elastic Search experience will be advantageous
- KAFKA Infrastructure knowledge and some background experience will be advantageous
- Container experience in Dockers and Kubernetes will be advantageous
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices such as Scrum, Kanban
- People Management skills including coaching, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills
