Job Summary



Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with expertise in Java Appian and MySQL to lead and deliver complex Appian based solutions







Lead the design development and deployment of scalable applications using Java and Appian platforms Utilize MySQL for database design optimization and management to support application requirements Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Drive innovation and best practices within the Appian skill cluster family to enhance project delivery Mentor and guide junior team members in technical and process aspects to improve overall team performance Ensure adherence to coding standards security guidelines and quality assurance processes Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the technology stack



Roles and Responsibilities



Lead end to end project delivery for Appian based solutions ensuring timely and quality outcomes Act as a key technical advisor for Java and Appian technologies providing expertise and troubleshooting support Oversee database schema design and query optimization using MySQL to enhance application performance Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and resource allocation Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption Manage risk and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and technical workshops to upskill the team
