Ensure that Business meets all Contract & Catalogue Administration related support in SCM COE.
Business
Ensure to meet the SCM Operational target set for the FY2025.
Adhere SCM Procurement Policies & Standards
Ensure all customer queries are addressed within the agreed SLA timeline.
Focus on improving stakeholder experience and satisfaction
Processes
GOI contract ID creation in PSAP system
ER - Risk group approvals
Contract Administration activities in PSAP & SCBUY system
Catalogue Administration activities in ePro system (Creation, Modification & Inactivation)
Service Now queries.
Drive Process Improvements (Special Projects & Data Quality Initiatives)
People & Talent
Good understanding & experience of Contract Administration process
Effective presentation and communication skills
Problem solving ability.

Risk Management
Ensure to align with Risk & Compliance team and follow the procedures defined as per TPRM standards.
