JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contract Creation, Contract Amendment & Catalogue Administration activities
Strategy
  • To ensure that business meets all Contract Administration & Catalogue Management related support in SCM COE team
Business
  • Ensure to meet the SCM Operational target set for the FY 2023
  • Adhere SCM Procurement Policies & Standards
  • Adhere TPRM Policy & Standards
  • Ensure all customer queries are addressed within the agreed SLA timeline
  • Focus on improving stakeholder experience and satisfaction
Processes
  • Contract creations in SEAL system
  • Handling Risk group approvals in SCBUY
  • Contract Amendment activities
  • Service Now query resolution
  • Maintain the Preferred Supplier List
  • Work closely with Global SCM stakeholders to improve the data quality in SEAL & SCBUY
  • Provide Day 2 risk related reports to Global TPRM & Governance Leads
  • Drive special projects on need basis in Contract Management space
  • Provide monthly volumetric analysis & reports to SCM Leadership team
  • Catalogue Creation
  • Catalogue Amendment & Reporting
  • Monthly Dashboard
  • Review Non-Catalogue Based PO data
  • Focus on improving the Catalogue Adoption %
  • Coordinating with Category Managers on addressing Catalogue related discrepancies

  • Good understanding & experience of Contract Administration process

Risk Management
  • Ensure to align with Risk & Compliance team and follow the procedures defined as per TPRM standards
  • Ensure zero escalations & audit failures
  • Follow accelerate way of Problem-Solving mechanism
Governance
  • Implement process improvement in BAU (through Accelerate, Automation, Agile, ARIS)
  • Ensure all DOI documents are updated up to date
  • Ensure all GPS process communications are followed in BAU
  • Ensure all the resources are 100% cross functionality trained within the Contract Management team
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the [GFS - SCM COE team] to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Conduct Principles
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • MBA on Supply Chain Management (Would be an added advantage)
  • Any certification on SCM (Example: SPSM, APICS, CPSM would be an added advantage)
