Job Summary:

The person hired for the position of Senior Technical Analyst, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the functional and technical components of SAP business planning solutions using SAP BPC 10.1 in SAP BW HANA environment. The position will require strong technical knowledge of BPC along with multiple project implementation experience of planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions. The person will be responsible for end-to-end BPC development lifecycle including planning, business requirements, design, development, testing, production support and enhancements using agile system implementation methodologies. The candidate must be a team player who would coach technical resources, provide technical expertise, guidance, and direction when necessary.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Perform hands-on BPC design and configuration of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) reports and input templates, Excel macros, script logic, data manager packages, BADI customizations in ABAP, etc.
• Manage BW / Hana design including technical objects for ECC data Integration. Manage Hana views, DSO, Master Data, Info provider modeling and design.
• Knowledge of ABAP on HANA
• Develop and configure Dimensions and Models, Business Process Flows, Rules, and custom Security.
• Support BPC production system Allocations, Intercompany Matching and Eliminations, Currency Translations, Account Transformations, Restatements, Validations, Enterprise Portals (i.e. NetWeaver Portal) including occasional high priority off-hours workloads to complete month and quarter-end close cycles.
• Develop and configure custom ETL Data flows using SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS).
• Design and develop complex customized HANA Views with SQL and Stored procedures.
• ( Hana views modelling) must have skills
• Develop and configure Dimensions and Models, Business Process Flows, Rules, and custom Security.
• Communicate and effectively present ideas and solutions to internal customers and team members.
• Ensure successful completion of all deliverables: specifications, walkthroughs, product development, unit integration and regression testing, defect resolution, technical documentation and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues, team members and cross functional teams in application design, development, integration, testing and deployment of BPC Solutions.
• Design, create, test & document the configuration to support global business requirements and performance goals.
• Work with 3M business areas and IT colleagues to define the overall application and technical requirements.
• Ensure the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operational requirements.
• Identify and help resolve design issues, participates, and provides critique for design reviews.
• Advocate recommended process design changes within their process community.
• Support adherence to business and program objectives and program mission.

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher from an accredited university
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Business Process and Consolidation. Multiple life-cycle implementations of BPC on NetWeaver Platform. Integration of BPC with SAP BW along with core ECC modules
• A minimum of 3 years of experience producing business process, configuration, and WRICEF functional design documentation with high quality.

• Experience in SAP BW Finance reporting is desirable.
• Experience with agile / iterative development methodologies to deliver SAP WRICEF objects.
• Experience with the following tools: JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, ALMQC, and ARIS.
