Job Description

RMO process area is one of the foundational business processes in Bristlecone that is at the core of enabling Bristlecone is meeting its growth agenda.


As the RMO Analyst, you would be a part of the RMO (Resource Management & Operations) team within the Business Operations & Insights business unit in Bristlecone. You will be responsible to deliver the resource management charter for your Delivery portfolio, partnering with the Business on one side (Sales and Delivery teams) and Talent Acquisition team on the other side, deploying the right people in the right place at the right time in the customer projects. You will also be involved in performing activities to ensure that Billable Consultants are efficiently utilized in billable projects, are upskilled/ cross-skilled as needed to be billable.


You will have the opportunity to bring continuous process improvements, leveraging tools and automation to bring efficiencies to the RMO processes.
