Senior Specialist Reporting Analyst

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity where you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring your analytical skills to the table and provide recommendations to improve processes? You\xe2\x80\x99ll provide value added service by generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting. You\'ll also be responsible for business evaluation, process development, business analysis, business modeling and report development.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll report to the MANAGER. You\xe2\x80\x99ll impact the business through your reporting, analysis and recommendations.

Eligibility Guidelines (iAspire)

• 6 months or more tenure in current position

• GCA level no more than 2 levels above current role
• (UPDATE HERE: Ahmedabad or working temporary remotely IN INDIA)
• Performance of associates: no corrective actions, meets or exceeds full satisfaction on most recent check-in from all other employees

During a Typical Day, You\xe2\x80\x99ll

• Deliver timely and accurate associate level performance, efficiency, and reliability reporting at the enterprise level
• Maintain and deliver daily, weekly and monthly enterprise performance reports/dashboards
• Reporting for attrition, absenteeism and other performance and compliance metrics report
• Maintain database records and perform routine audits of data validating proper site, client, and project relationships
• Build and develop reports both proactively and in response to business need to improve operational efficiencies

• Need to develop and maintain center operations data solutions that utilize IEX, Qualtrics, Tableau, Genesys, GI2, SQL Server and other data management and Business Intelligence tools
• Provide insights and analytics to help operations in improving processes, productivity and efficiency key performance indicators

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• 5 + years call center or outsourcing experience

• Reporting experience
• Advanced skill in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Must be able to work in a flexible shift
• Business Intelligence Platform Administration (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) experience
• Ability to deliver high-quality results, on time and on target while working across teams
