Senior Specialist - Project / Program Management-7years+-Mumbai/Pune
Summary -
We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional to lead and deliver complex business and technology initiatives across regulatory, risk, and operational change portfolios. The role requires managing multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and ensuring delivery within agreed scope, cost, and timelines.

Responsibilities - * Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Establish and manage project governance, structure, roles, and responsibilities within PMO standards.
• Plan, track, and report project progress using MS Project and RAID logs.
• Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely escalation of issues.

Requirements - * Over 8 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Consulting roles.

• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, complex, and time-bound projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability.
