What this job involves:

As a Senior Specialist, Project Management, you will support the Digital Marketing Operations team with project management responsibilities across marketing operations initiatives. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of marketing operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operational marketing initiatives including lead scoring implementation, lead routing optimization, AI implementations, and process improvements that impact marketers.

Support the Executive Director of Digital Marketing Operations with day-to-day task management across the entire team.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items.

Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories for future reference.

Assign tasks to appropriate team members, establish accountability frameworks, and follow up on progress.

Identify project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, developing mitigation strategies as needed.

Prioritize competing demands and assist in managing team workloads efficiently.

Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for leadership.

Manage stakeholder communications, including status updates, project reports, and documentation.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between global teams and the Marketing Services COE.

The ideal candidate should possess:

8-10 years of experience in marketing with 5+ years in project management

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in marketing operations or digital marketing environments

And the candidate should be:

Detail-oriented and organized

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Have excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Have experience facilitating meetings and coordinating across global teams

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools including Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, and MS Office suite.

Experience with marketing technologies such as Eloqua and Salesforce.

Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT (Preferred)

Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and ROI measurement methodologies (Preferred)

Understanding of marketing automation platforms and processes (Preferred)
