Title: Senior Specialist - Procurement Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day procurement operations and ensure seamless BAU support
- Manage client-specific requirements including Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processing
- Facilitate supplier onboarding, collaboration, and communication
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and compliance with procurement policies
- Provide Level 1 (L1) functional support for procurement systems and troubleshoot operational issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, AP, Legal) to resolve process gaps and exceptions
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and dashboards for operational visibility and reporting
- Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
?Y Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain support
- Strong understanding of PR-PO lifecycle, invoice workflows, and supplier management
- Familiarity with procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

- Exposure to shared services or global delivery models
- Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-based support environments
- Knowledge of procurement compliance and audit frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
