Join the AMG Markets Team, a collaborative team of Software and DevOps Engineers focused on delivering and maintaining robust on-premises and SaaS-based trading solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Specialist, Platform Operations Engineer- you will be primarily responsible for Daily Technical Operations including Application Management and Support for Nasdaq provided services.
Key responsibility encompasses answering support calls and providing resolution to urgent production issues, with hands-on expertise in process automation, infrastructure management through code, and the establishment of continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Platform Operation engineer is responsible for build, development, testing, automation, and operation of the infrastructure supporting the company's solutions, as well as the development process by which those solutions are engineered.
We work with other architects to capture requirements and design solutions for new projects and implement them.
An equal opportunity to work with engineering teams to invent development processes for new projects.
Identify, prescribe solutions and implement remediation as the need arises by InfoSec findings.
We build and maintain infrastructure, repair bugs, and respond to downtime in accordance with business continuity plan!
Provide day to day support for product and customer requests. This includes 24/7 Technical Operations and Application Support, managing Incidents for both internal and external customers, installing application updates and maintaining operational documentation and procedures. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Pune, India, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries

What we expect:Minimum 7 years of proven experience This role is on shift rotation, requires to work during 13:00 - 22:00 Extensive experience in System Operation, DevOps, Network, Application Operations, or other related areas A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience Demonstrated expertise in Linux/Unix with Terraform Excellent knowledge and experience in AWS services and architecture Extensive working experience with EKS/EKS-A Extensive knowledge creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, experience in Git/GitLab Proven knowledge of scripting and automation Excellent language skills in written and spoken English

It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications)AWS certificates would be a plus Basic understanding of EKS-A Basic SQL and Postgres knowledge.
